Your purchase

DEEPER is planned as a free demo with a separate, one-time purchase of the full game. The intended full-game price is $5 USD. The full game includes a huge map, more mobs and a bigger survival challenge. There is no active checkout on this website. Browsing, clicking a preview link or opening a legal page does not place an order.

Before ordering, the final product page must state what the full game includes, how it differs from the demo, supported systems and minimum requirements, languages, accessibility information, account or internet requirements, technical restrictions, delivery timing and the update/support information required by applicable law. A development screenshot is not a promise of an unannounced feature.

Price, payment and delivery

The checkout must show the contracting seller, final currency, total price including applicable taxes and unavoidable charges, accepted payment methods and delivery method before you commit to pay. Optional extras must require an active choice. There is no recurring subscription planned for the full-game purchase.

Planned platform purchases are through Steam, itch.io and Google Play. Their checkout and receipt identify the contracting seller and applicable transaction terms. The itch.io payment mode matters: “Collected by itch.io” and “Direct to you” allocate seller and VAT responsibilities differently, so that mode must be fixed before release. The store’s policy may provide additional benefits; it cannot take away mandatory legal rights. Direct website payments are planned through Stripe. With standard Stripe Payments, Sterium remains the seller; a separate merchant-of-record arrangement must not be assumed. A direct purchaser must be able to review and correct the order, access the accepted Spanish terms, see a clear payment-obligation button, and receive a durable order confirmation. Delivery links and entitlement handling must be operational. These processes are not active in this preview.

Proposed personal-use licence

With a lawfully obtained copy, you receive a non-exclusive licence to install and play the purchased edition for personal use, within the device and account conditions disclosed before purchase. Ownership of the game’s intellectual property is not transferred. The demo licence covers only the content supplied in that demo.

Do not distribute unauthorised copies, sell access to another person’s licence, or misuse another player’s account. These restrictions do not override rights granted by law, including any applicable rights to backup, interoperability, observation or analysis of software. No restriction here overrides any legally protected transfer right. Separate open-source and third-party licences continue to apply to their components.

Age and authority to purchase

The game’s final age classification has not been confirmed. A purchaser must have legal capacity to enter the contract or the permission required from a parent or guardian. No PEGI, ESRB or other rating is claimed in this preview.

Updates and changes

The release information must describe the support and update commitments that apply to the purchased edition. Legally required conformity and security updates are not excluded. Changes to these terms will not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase.

If the game is faulty or not supplied

Applicable consumer protections remain available if the game is not delivered, does not match its description or does not work as it should. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies may include making it conform, a price reduction or ending the contract and receiving a refund. See Refunds & withdrawal.

Mandatory rights and disputes

Nothing in these proposed terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. There is no blanket “no refunds” condition, compulsory arbitration clause or waiver of consumer court rights. Spanish law is the proposed governing law for direct purchases. This does not remove mandatory protections applicable in a consumer’s country of habitual residence or statutory rights concerning competent courts.
