This page describes the custom website as currently built. The project name and email contact are listed below. The hosting arrangements, retention details and any international-transfer safeguards still need to be confirmed before a complete public privacy notice can be issued. This is not yet a complete GDPR Article 13 notice.
Who is responsible
The website controller is Sterium, Spain. Privacy requests: hello@steriumai.dev. Telephone: +34 622 489 757. See the legal notice. The separate hosting platform may also process information under its own terms.
What the current website collects
The custom DEEPER pages do not provide account registration, checkout, a newsletter, contact forms or uploads. They contain no advertising pixels, audience analytics or embedded social-media players. The background animation checks your reduced-motion preference and whether the page and scenery are visible on your device; it does not transmit this information.
Fonts and images are served from the website itself. Loading a page still sends normal connection information, such as an IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time, to hosting and delivery infrastructure. The public website does not require a DEEPER account to browse.
Purpose, legal basis and recipients
Emailing hello@steriumai.dev sends your email address, name if supplied, message and attachments to Sterium through the email providers involved. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information. Pre-purchase and order enquiries are handled to take steps at your request or perform a contract; other ordinary correspondence and security handling may rely on legitimate interests in responding and protecting the service, subject to a balancing assessment. Legal duties may require limited record retention. A request to customer support is not marketing consent. Hosting and email provider roles, terms and safeguards still require verification.
The planned Stripe checkout, Steam, itch.io and Google Play distribution, or any future newsletter require additional accurate processing details before activation. Contract necessity, legal obligations, legitimate interests and consent apply to different purposes; accepting sales terms must not automatically enrol someone in marketing.
Retention and international transfers
Hosting log retention, locations, subprocessors and transfer safeguards have not been verified. Support correspondence is to be kept only for the time needed to handle the request and any applicable legal-claim or recordkeeping period, with unnecessary material removed and access limited. Specific retention settings and deletion procedures remain to be implemented and verified. No fixed hosting-log deletion period or EU-only storage promise is made here. The final notice must give actual retention periods or meaningful criteria and identify applicable safeguards for transfers outside the EEA.
Your rights
Where the GDPR applies, rights can include access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent, depending on the processing and legal basis. Withdrawing consent does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority. Exercise rights by emailing hello@steriumai.dev, describing the right and information concerned. Identification may be requested only as necessary and proportionate. You may complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) or another competent authority.
Responses are normally due within one month under the GDPR, with extensions permitted in the circumstances set by the law. No automated decision-making or profiling is implemented in the custom pages. The privacy assessment of the game itself, particularly a future Android build, remains pending. This website notice must not be presented as a verified Google Play app privacy policy or Data safety declaration.
Children, links and future changes
This preview does not solicit personal information from children. Any future game account, community or telemetry feature must be assessed separately, including any required parental consent. Following an external link opens a service with its own privacy information. This notice must be updated before new processing starts.
